Digital previews, mockups, and product photographs are provided as visual guides. They do not guarantee an exact representation of the finished product.

Custom tissue paper is thin and may be semi-transparent. Printed colors may appear softer, lighter, or different from how they appear on a screen.

Minor variations may occur in:

  • Artwork placement
  • Pattern alignment
  • Ink coverage
  • Paper transparency
  • Cutting
  • Sheet dimensions
  • Production batches

Where a production tolerance is disclosed on a product page, that tolerance forms part of the product specification.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or perceived quality of a product will exactly match your personal expectations when the product has been produced according to the selected options and submitted artwork.

Product descriptions, specifications, prices, quantities, and availability may be changed without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities offered to a person, business, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 — CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Many TissueMotif products are customized using customer-selected specifications and customer-submitted content.

Customization may include:

  • Monograms
  • Patterns
  • Colors
  • Artwork
  • Paper weights
  • Sheet sizes
  • Quantities
  • Print layouts

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all customization details before placing an order.

This includes confirming:

  • Logo orientation
  • Artwork quality
  • Design placement
  • Paper weight
  • Sheet size
  • Quantity
  • Tissue paper color
  • Print color

A digital preview is an approximate visual guide and may not represent exact printed color, transparency, alignment, or production tolerances.

Customized products generally cannot be returned or refunded because of a customer selection error, customer-submitted artwork error, or change of mind.

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase products under these Terms.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, place on hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Payment problems
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Product unavailability
  • Unsupported delivery addresses
  • Incomplete customization details
  • Unsuitable artwork
  • Suspected intellectual property infringement
  • Prohibited or unlawful content

An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after artwork preparation or production begins.

If we decline, modify, place on hold, or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address, phone number, billing information, or shipping information provided with the order.

You may purchase our products for personal, business, retail, event, gifting, or packaging use.

You may not falsely claim that TissueMotif manufactured, endorsed, licensed, or approved another product or business relationship where no such relationship exists.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will normally be the price displayed when the order is placed and confirmed in the order confirmation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices may not include:

  • Shipping
  • Handling
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Local taxes
  • Other government or carrier charges

Promotional offers may be governed by additional terms. If specific promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, billing, account, and payment information.

You also agree to update your contact or payment information when necessary so that we can complete your transaction and contact you about the order.

You represent that:

  • The payment information you provide is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • Charges submitted through that payment method will be honored
  • You will pay all applicable product, shipping, tax, and import charges

Payment information is processed through the payment providers available at checkout. TissueMotif does not generally store complete payment card details.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Customized products must be manufactured before they can be dispatched.

All production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Artwork requirements
  • Customer response time
  • Order quantity
  • Production capacity
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather
  • Public holidays
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incomplete customer information, unpaid import charges, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional charges may apply when a shipment is returned, redirected, refused, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failure to collect, unpaid duties, or recipient refusal.

Shipping destinations, production estimates, transit times, customs information, tracking, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Title and risk of loss will be allocated in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

SECTION 7 — CUSTOMER ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of artwork and other content that you lawfully own and submit to TissueMotif.

By uploading or submitting a logo, image, design, text, monogram, pattern, or other material, you grant TissueMotif and its production and service partners a limited, non-exclusive license to use that material as reasonably necessary to:

  • Generate customization previews
  • Review print suitability
  • Prepare production files
  • Manufacture your products
  • Fulfill and ship your order
  • Provide customer support
  • Investigate an order issue
  • Maintain required business records
  • Comply with legal obligations

We will not use customer-submitted artwork for unrelated promotional or advertising purposes without additional permission, except where the artwork has already been made public by the customer or applicable law permits such use.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the submitted material or have permission to use it
  • The material does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights
  • The material is not unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or obscene
  • The material does not contain malware or harmful code
  • We may legally reproduce the material for your order

We may reject, suspend, or cancel an order when submitted content appears to violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person.

You are responsible for claims resulting from artwork that you submit without the necessary rights or authorization.

SECTION 8 — OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and their contents are owned by TissueMotif, its operator, affiliates, licensors, or service providers.

Protected content may include:

  • Brand names
  • Logos
  • Website text
  • Product descriptions
  • Graphics
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Icons
  • Page layouts
  • Design elements
  • Software
  • Customization interfaces
  • Original packaging designs

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, design, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

When you leave TissueMotif.com to access a third-party website, you do so at your own discretion.

SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

TissueMotif is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and TissueMotif.

Shopify is not the seller of TissueMotif products and is not responsible for:

  • Product manufacturing
  • Customization
  • Artwork preparation
  • Order fulfillment
  • Shipping
  • Product quality
  • Returns
  • Refunds
  • Customer service

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from purchases made directly from TissueMotif, except where Shopify has a separate legal responsibility under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  • Publish feedback
  • Respond to feedback

We may monitor, edit, reject, or remove feedback that violates these Terms or applicable law.

SECTION 14 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Except where expressly stated by TissueMotif or required by applicable law, the Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties or conditions relating to:

We are not responsible for losses caused by customer-submitted artwork, incorrect customer selections, incomplete addresses, customs delays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability that applicable law requires us to retain.

SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TissueMotif, its operator, Shopify, and our respective employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims arising from:

  • Your material breach of these Terms
  • Your unlawful use of the Services
  • Your violation of another person’s rights
  • Artwork or content submitted without authorization
  • Fraudulent or misleading information supplied by you

We will notify you of a relevant claim where reasonably practicable.

You agree to cooperate by providing relevant information and documentation.

This section does not apply where indemnification is prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any unenforceable portion will be treated as separated from the remaining Terms.

The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or legal rights available under the laws of your country of residence.

Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith communication.
